I hope this message finds you feeling optimistic about the week ahead. As the year winds down, it's a prime opportunity for reflection and thoughtful planning for the year.

I recently noticed a shift in my routine so I figured I'd share it with my community. It's been almost two months since my last weekly brain dump. In getting back on track and reflecting on this change, I realized a few things:

• Improved Sleep: My Sunday brain dumps significantly contributed to more restful sleep. It's a practice I've unintentionally sidelined.
• Maintaining Beneficial Practices: Removing enjoyable and beneficial practices from our routine, especially as we approach potentially challenging seasons, isn't the best strategy.
• The Power of Putting Pen to Paper: There's a unique magic in translating your thoughts onto paper. It’s a simple yet transformative practice.

So, as we step into this season of reflection, I challenge you to consider a few things:

• Mindful Rest: Evaluate the quality and quantity of your rest. What's missing or needs to be adjusted to ensure peaceful sleep?
• Joy and Peace: Identify what brings you joy and peace. How can you incorporate more of these elements during this season? Whether it's meditation, quality time with loved ones, or a personal hobby, prioritize it.
• Reflective Writing: Get your thoughts out of your head and onto paper. It's a powerful way to gain clarity.
